BOOP, IN ONE PARAGRAPH

Paste this. It's true.

boop is consent-first AI, made physical. Every other AI is a black box that acts on its own; boop does the small chore, then asks — and you say yes with your hand. It's made in Australia, it does the everyday digital admin most people keep putting off, and it never sends anything without your say-so: money, first-times, and anything it can't walk back get a full approval card that names the exact thing and waits. There's no camera, and no message content is stored on the device. Today boop is pre-revenue — the only live surface is a waitlist, prices are provisional targets, and “boop” is a provisional working name. What's real is the engine that refuses to fake a receipt, and one idea the giants structurally can't take: the most trustworthy thing an AI can do is stop and ask.

~140 words. The first sentence is the whole thing.

THE ONE-LINERS · LIFT AS-IS

Six lines you can quote tonight.

Straight from the teardown. Each one checkable against a wire.

THE FOUNDER NOTE

Why we built the slow one.

Nobody hands a parent an AI that acts alone. That's not a gift, it's a hazard.

But an ask-first one — a little someone that does the boring admin and holds it up for your yes before anything leaves — that you can hand to someone you love. The pause isn't friction we tolerate. It's the entire product.

The absence, stated plainly: no revenue, no certified device, no cleared name, no live payment. What we have is an engine that won't fake a receipt.

A small dome that glows when a boop needs you, and you press to approve. Bonds to one phone, keeps presses in strict sequence so it can never double-approve, fails closed if the connection drops, and takes a standard assistive switch.

The little someone itself: two eyes behind smoked windows, one light-pipe mote with four readable states, a soft head you press to boop, far-field mics behind a mechanical eyelid shutter that cuts mic power in hardware, and a weighted base. No camera, ever.

Fully refundable · charged only at ship. Prices are provisional targets.

THE KEY FACTS · FOR THE CHECKER

The part most kits hide.

The honest ledger. Print the absence, don't discover it.

Key facts — the thing · the honest answer.
The thingThe honest answer
Made inAustralia. English-AU at launch. RCM certification is required before any radio device sells here, and it comes before sale — not after.
What's on saleNothing yet. The only live commercial surface is a waitlist. No checkout, no card capture, no payment taken.
“Pre-order” meansRegister interest. Fully refundable, charged only at ship — because nothing ships today. It is a waitlist, not a pre-sale.
PricesA$39 / A$49 / A$199 are provisional targets, not committed offers. They hold only until the operator confirms a real price.
The name“boop” is a provisional working name, pending trademark clearance. Nothing goes to a public name-commitment beyond the waitlist until it clears.
The deviceDocumented, not manufactured. We hold specs, a form-factor, a bill of materials, and a teardown. A certified board is a real EE/ME's job, unstarted.
The gateboop never sends without your say-so. Money, first-times, and anything irreversible get a full approval card that names the exact thing and waits.
StorageNo credentials and no message content live on the device. Lose the object, and you don't lose the trust — the memory is your account, not the hardware.

Waitlist, not pre-sale. Provisional, not promised.
